We can use AI for tasks like analyzing our database and providing insight to our team. For example, we can use AI to find potential customers who like our existing customers.


Without AI, data analysis can take many days or weeks to finish.

This AI-based technology can help us to chat in real-time, day or night, with our customers or site visitors automatically. There are about 1.4 billion people has interacted with chatbots. 80% of businesses have used or plan to use chatbots by 2020.


Many people like to interact with chatbots since chatbots are more responsive, reply chat promptly, recalls entire customers’ buying history accurately, and never lose patience. Micro-moments that every marketer should know about are i-want-to-know moments, i-want-to-go-moments, i-want-to-do-moments, and i-want-to-buy moments. People make decisions instantly on many things, such as what to eat, which restaurant to choose, what to purchase, where to go, etc.

50% of all searches will be voice searches by the year 2020. 20% of mobile queries on Google are voice searches. 25% of all Bing searches are voice searches.


Voice search has an important role in providing all the relevant information that people search for. AI is getting smarter so that the number of errors made by voice assistants like Alexa, Siri, and Google has been reduced.
